Perth Serviced Apartments include one, two, one bedroom + office and three bedroom apartments all with full kitchen, internal laundry facilities, separate dining room with seating for up to six, lounge with sofa bed and desk, veranda or court yard, and spacious storage areas.

All apartments have onsite security car parking for at least one car. Each apartment is allowed one parking bay only. No mini buses are allowed to park on the property. Sedans or Tarago people movers are accepted. The apartments are linked to our 24 hours a days on-site reception and security service.

The complex provides exclusive recreational facilities such as tennis courts, pool, BBQ, spas & gymnasium, meeting rooms, bar and restaurant.

The apartments are serviced weekly including change of towels and linen. (Daily service is optional)
